THYMORIS products are generally produced made-to-order after an order is placed.

Because production may begin shortly after purchase, orders cannot always be modified or canceled once production has started.

Estimated production time is generally 1–4 business days.

Production times are estimates and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, supply interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Products, colors, sizes, and other variations are subject to availability.

Shipping

THYMORIS currently ships within the United States only.

• Production: 1–4 business days
• Standard U.S. delivery after production: approximately 3–7 business days

THYMORIS offers Free Standard U.S. Shipping on orders $50 or more. Orders under $50 are subject to standard shipping rates shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, holiday volume, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12 / SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible at thymoris@gmail.com .

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfillment has begun.

13 / RETURNS

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

THYMORIS products are made-to-order.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Incorrect color selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Failure to review sizing information
• Incorrect information provided by the customer

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, materially different from the product ordered, or incorrect because of a production or fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

14 / CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations

Because products may enter production soon after an order is placed, order cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact thymoris@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If production has already begun, cancellation or refund may no longer be available.
